Morning practice. More motivated than last night. Searching for next groove so I'm back in uncharted territory.

Ska groove with the idea of alternating between swipes. Nice contrast but not sure if it'll work yet. Tried a Ska groove in 5 with a foot shaker part but it's probably not interesting. Ran Quest->Bembe a few times and that's feeling better.
