Met Kenneth (videographer) this morning and published Suga 3 studio recording at website.  Made me feel productive professionally.

First practice w/ ManMan in a week or so... felt fully rested physically and was really able to get into the improv.

Appreciated having the new tracks.  Felt pretty good about my playing... like taking my time is getting easier and the builds are clearer.  Couldn't end satisfyingly very often.  Try simpler stuff.
