Still struggling with how to wrangle the complexity of using Octatrack live.  Was hoping to prep "Play 4/4" to allow for recording of mics to two open tracks and then play those back through the "Thru" tracks to allow me to mix in the house.  No luck... only one track free.  (Could possibly free the bass track by re-doing the part in midi... a good future project).

First solo practice at Grand Annex.  Got the overview of the sound board and equipment locker.  They're already thinking of me as Artist in Residence.  They asked me whether there was a way to work around the F-word in my piece... a bit of a red flag.
