Really crazy day. Woke up to AA phone call asking for help so borrowed YK car and rushed over. Furious printing and organizing. Not sure how helpful I was. Took printed scores and drove from Pasadena to San Pedro... arrived late but brough music.
Stressful rehearsal. Wish I could sight-read and was better at keeping pulse through distractions.

Was feeling tired and couldn't motivate to do anything I'm supposed to. Remembered I need to practice the hi-hat stuff on shime-head and got carried away.
Borrowed Joe's drum (and requested the return of one that I'm lending out) for a final try at preparing "7 Diddy" for Galileo.
Short practice sessions intersperced with breaks from 8:30am to 1:30pm.

So fun to work with Sandbox Percussion! Really encouraging, fun feel. Experienced, high-level musicians with down-to-earth attitudes.
