Almost canceled but pushed myself to come in.  

Regular, weekly practice with VL.  Spent first 20min talking through Traipse ideas.  Helpful to try and verbalize the over-arching goal of the piece and to get her input.

Not motivated to practice but glad I did it after the fact.
