Regular practice.  Felt a bit rushed with an uncertain workshop (girl scouts troop) looming.  Spent a good chunk of time reviewing Traipse notes.

Delayed due to admin work for Recital.  Was hoping for, "No, no, go practice... this can wait until tomorrow" but no luck.
