Felt somewhat inspired so started with naname improv.  Had fun for about 20 min... took break to make videos for student, then came back for another 15 minutes.

Brushes on naname.  Focused on swipes (over strikes).  Lost motivation a few times but was able to find engaging challenges and stick to practice time.

Also had fun with byo swipes.
