VL joined prac.  Studios were in use so made the most of the carpeted meeting room.  Dispensed with the aluminum food trays and just went with socks.

Cold run.

Taking turns on end section with focus on footwork and balance.

Video close-ups of feet were interesting.

Added arm comments (no elbow bend at L step, larger step away from drum at end to allow L to swing freely) but not sure if that's giving too many things to worry about.

Approx. 5 runthroughs each at end.

Couldn't get into it but pushed myself to run R arm swing section until I could play it without looking at score.

next: Plan is to improv during get-togethers w KM/BO and use this scripted stuff at gig.  Need to finish arrangement very soon so I can be doing cold runs and watching videos of whole thing.
