Description
Memorization and practice of Nanko (nagauta shamisen) with oozatsuma solo
Wrap-up
Being a part of the Kineya-katsu performance at Kabukiza was incredible. I remembered how fun it is to play shamisen with the ensemble, I did much better this time in my oozatsuma solo, and I realized how much it means to the other players that someone from LA goes there to perform. I was surprised how much I appreciated having Minh there... without Hiro there, or anyone else from the US, it would have felt like it didn't happen.
