Worked on earlier sections of Handtagonism with VL. Took turns playing rhythms she'd written; fun and nice rhythms! Emphasized importance of natural sticking, gave homework of writing don/da -> paradiddle section, gave intro to various techniques to come.
Next: Try to have draft of Handtagonism stuff to combine with VL's parts next Tue.

Practiced Shaga section waiting for VL to return. Couldn't motivate to do high-energy choreo so ran Radiddlepa. Felt really good. Zoomed into final section and worked on take brrr thing. Tried to clean up teko at end. Ran again for video.
Next: continue work on ending teko and super-quiet R at outro. Continue notating.

X-pattern movement improv with an emphasis on "glitchy", sparse hits and open-arm, big strike spins R and L. Used a few of the new G Jones and Rage Logic tracks. Not bad.
