L hand improv to tracks. Felt good to practice "long paths" with each hand; sweeps through space unbroken with strikes or sharp fuchi rebounds. Was good warmup to composing Sweeps section.

Handtagonism Duet v2 composition; ending of circles section into Sweeps section. Created sound, movement, and hand-relationship development ideas then referred to them to make decisions as I worked step by step from what was written to new stuff. Struggled with whether to compose slowly or work with OG playing. Somehow figuring out and counting "1&2&..." seemed to help keep me connected to the actual tempo (so that I don't write great things at a slow tempo that are unplayable at game speed.)
