[import ID 0678] Tally Ho-based, no backing-track improv in two sessions. Some success w/ L-hand movement improv involving chi and stopping. Also practiced L hand taking over either don or da from R hand but not able to use it effectively. Also success with rhythmic improv: Ante Case, Tobler Case.
