Morning comedy of errors. For the first time I remembered to drop off the mail I was carrying on way to ATUS, only to arrive at practice and realize I'd forgotten my notebook and SD card.

"Filla" idea. L hand does movements striking "ka" while R hand plays 16th-note "don". (Fixed tones keeps the hands very distinct... can blur this later for surprising effect.) "Path length" arrangement strategy: long and slow -> short -> long and fast (this probably involves spins and R hand will have to miss some 16th-notes.)

Wrote draft of beginning and end of "First Filla".

Composed Yatai Bike Cart piece while listening to TroyBoi's "Dimensions". 5-6 nagado, 4-5 shime, 2-3 kane. Inspired! I think this will sound amazing in downtown LA!
