I feel like the OT practice is producing more gentle, meditative beats than hard rhythms. Perhaps I should try exaggerate the two and use scenes to go between them.

Did a bit of "sectional" practice to see if I could speed up the process. Uncertain about whether I should be "exploring" or "practicing". I guess once I feel like I've run out of ideas (exploration), I should start practicing.
